An altitude between 1200 and 1700 metres, a rich volcanic soil, the ideal climatic and geographic conditions, and the efficient growing and manufacturing techniques; this is the “secret” mix which gives the Costa Rican coffee all its essential qualities. A fine coffee, with a rich aroma and a lively taste, with a citrus fragrance enriched with hints of candy orange chocolate. This light, clean and delicate coffee has been cultivated in Costa Rica since the end of the 18th century.
